My spouse and I live in Everson and have a brand new 9 week baby and it's our first....last Friday while I was doing the dishes there seemed to be air in our kitchen faucet and so I had to shut all the water down as I was concerned about burning out the pump. Long story short, I called the owner Dan on Sat morning at 8am and he picked up and walked me through the ENTIRE process of getting my pump and water working again, which lasted 30 min. He did not ask for anything in return, He didn't act rushed or putout and was kind and so helpful. We used Dan originally when we purchased our home a year ago as our realtor recommend him to inspect our well. I will continue to give Dan and his company my business and I believe you should too. Lance and Dan are both great to work with. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and above all honest. I called with a problem with our water treatment system that another contractor had put in and they were able to fix the problem quickly and for a reasonable price. OK, seriously... we haven't purchased from them yet, but we will be just because of the honesty and customer service this company has! Lance is very knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. Great guy! His office gals go above and beyond and are sweet as well. Great service and came out the same day i called. I had a new well pump installed and water within a couple hours. They also came back out when i started having issues that evening. Highly recommend them

Great service and highly recommend. On 12/20 i called to see when they could come out and see what the problem with my well pump was. Was not expecting them to come that day but very happy they did. They installed a new pump and had water within a couple hours. They also came back out later that evening when i called around 5:30 pm letting them know i did not have water again. Very happy with the service and will use them again if needed.

My well pump froze up and called on 12/20 to see when they might be able to come out. SHOCKED they came out the very same day AND came back when my water stopped again that evening. Highly recommend them and will use them again if necessary.

For water problems, you can either go with large established companies or local independents. If your water problems are mainstream, going with a large established company is not a bad choice; however, water problems can get complicated fairly quickly. The small independents have the flexibility to come up with a good solution rather than being sold a solution which may not quite fit. This is why I went with Northwest Water Treatment and Pump Services. They worked with me to come up with a solution to a deep well with high turbidity and high iron content. I would say their prices especially for labor were reasonable. The system has been working great for a year so far and I've got clean water.

I had a great experience with Northwest water treatment. Lance was very helpful, and his crew came out to do the work within a week of getting an estimate. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!
